We're a 28 year old network for independent Sales and Marketing Recruiters. Over the years we have seen and used a number of technologies, most of which have promised cost savings. Many of those have actually cost us additional expense. Several years ago we closed our corporate office and went virtual, with all employees working out of there homes. We tried several phone solutions, including VOIP, all of which had problems that we could not over come and most had significant up front expense. We were introduced to Virtual PBX by a business associate and after several months of investigation we made the decision to convert our entire telephonic needs to Virtual PBX. It is amazing how easy it was and how smooth the transition went. We have been extremely please with the flexibility and the ease of use. We test the flexibility daily with several employees moving back and forth between multiple homes as well as cell phones use, and we never lose a call. We have not had one issue from our customer base. That in itself would be enough to justify the system, but we have also seen a significant cost savings (30%+) which will only increase when the last of our phone equipment (currently not being used) lease terminates in another 12 months.

We were planning on setting up a phone system that would run about $2000 or choose to use the PBX system for our 3 lines. We decided to use the Virtual PBX. Besides saving money upfront we travel extensively and since we don’t have the budget to have a full time secretary on call we need to forward the calls to everywhere around the world. This is where the Virtual PBX system has it covered. It gives us the look of a big company but at the same time deliver the calls anywhere in the world, plus we can check and monitor everything online and change numbers when we jump from country to country or just check voicemails. Virtual PBX has been a great value for our startup business. I have been involved in a half dozen startup companies over the last 20 years and the one item that is huge hassle to deal with for a startup company is a phone system. Cash is always at a premium and you hate to have to buy a system that you don’t even know if it will be the right one as the business grows. When we started Arrive Air, I was talking to a friend who almost had me convinced to go with some configuration for an internet phone service. The more I looked at it, the more I became concerned with the potential issues such as maintenance of the system, power outages, etc. That’s when I discovered Virtual PBX. It had all the features we wanted and more! It has proven to be the ideal solution for our startup company and I have recommended it to many of my friends who have small businesses or are thinking about starting a business.
Some of the things we really like about it are the features that can make a small company appear to be a large company—professional music on hold, call forwarding to numbers sequenced, group call management, same number for FAXes which are converted into PDF’s for easy forwarding via email, etc.

Telesis Solutions is a call center that has used Virtual PBX as our administrative system for almost two years. We have offices in 3 cities – Atlanta, Georgia, Jacksonville, Florida and Tampa, Florida. Although our main call center operation is located in Tampa, systems administration and one of our sales offices are located in Jacksonville, and we have a sales office in Atlanta. Virtual PBX has allowed us to make the fact that everyone is located in a different city transparent to our customers. Clients always dial the same number to reach us and only have to dial an extension to reach the individual they want. We can also do things that companies normally do with an office telephone system – transfer calls, transfer to voice mail, ad hoc teleconferencing, etc. Most importantly, it has saved us tons of money. We didn’t have to invest a lot of money in equipment we wouldn’t necessarily need, and we still had all of the functionality of a large PBX. We can add and remove extensions as the administrative needs of the business change. It makes us look bigger than we actually are.

I used to work for a company that used one of the "small business" phone systems. It had all of these great features, but the setup was difficult, and specifically the call forwarding was terrible. We would always have a poor connection, and I would have to call the customers back...some virtual office. When the power went out the phone system did not work, and besides all of that, it was expensive to repair. When I ventured out and started my own company I wanted a phone system, that sounded professional, was easy to use, did not go down, and most importantly was inexpensive to operate. Virtual PBX satisfied all of those requirements and more! The thing I liked most was that I had no contract. If I did not like it, I just did not pay anymore. I was not out big $$$ for something that did not perform as advertised. I would highly recommend this phone system to anyone!

We signed up to use your Virtual PBX Parachute Product just before Hurricane Wilma visited Ft. Lauderdale and it worked wonderfully. We were without power at our office for 10 days. Virtual PBX Parachute is an emergency back up plan that worked! Our company was able to stay in contact with our customers by phone when our normal phone system was down. I selected to have the calls answered by the voicemail system and invited callers to leave a message for a call back. I was able to alert them to the Hurricane recovery, that all was OK, and to leave a message and an agent would return their call shortly. I had remote agents in 5 different locations who were able to access the system, pull messages and return the calls. If we have to use the system again in an emergency situation I will direct calls to "live" agents versus defaulting to voicemail.

Thank you VirtualPBX!! After a long search, I have finally found the perfect PBX solution for my Company. As a small Technology Outsourcing provider, our company needed a centralized system to handle incoming calls for sales, support and marketing. Our 888 numbers give our clients a toll-free number at a very low cost to us. In addition, the VirtualPBX system follows me wherever I go - it can forward to my cell phone, a vacation house, any other number I want. Best of all, the system announces the caller so you can decide to take the call or send it to voicemail. The inbound fax capability receives all of my faxes and sends them immediately to my email as a PDF attachment. These are just a few of my favorite features; I also have conference call capability and web-based control panel where I can control everything.
On a typical day, I might be on a client site working on the network. A call comes to my cell phone - my VirtualPBX attendant announces the caller and depending on what I am doing, I can answer or send the caller to VM and check the message later. I always stay connected and know when I'm trying to be reached.
The cost savings are a no-brainer, especially for a small business. The cost and maintenance of an in-house PBX system is costly from a cash and resource perspective. The affordable VirtualPBX monthly plans more than offset the cost of incoming calls.
Most importantly, I have received GREAT customer support. Sales walked me through all of my pre-sale questions and then continued to work with me answering all of my billing and service questions for months following
