Our iVPBX plan is best for companies whose incoming call traffic comes in on a local number and is sent mainly to employees using SIP-based VoIP phones. There is an additional charge of 2.9 cents per minute if you use a toll-free number, but this is still a very low cost compared to any other hosted PBX service in the industry. In addition, you can send calls to other phones at any time, with an additional charge of just 1.9 cents per minute for those calls. Our competitors will give you some free minutes and then charge you from 3.9 to 7.5 cents per minute for those calls. If your incoming traffic volume is less than one- to two-thousand minutes per month, you may be better served by one of our Standard Plans.
