Virtual PBX offers a variety of hosted PBX services to meet the needs of different types of businesses. Our "Standard" plans use standard phone lines to take and send calls. Great for both local and toll-free service, calls can be routed to your employees using any kind of phone – land lines, offices phones, home phones, satellite phones, and internet (VoIP) phones. These plans are based on the number of minutes you use and the number of extensions you need, while our VoIP Plans offer unlimited usage for approved VoIP phones.

Our standard plans offer incredible flexibility for companies who want to use any kind of phone, in any location. This single service can connect seamlessly to employees working on busniness phones from your headquarters in Dallas, salespeople on cellular phones in New York and Los Angeles, a support team on VoIP phones in South America, and your three telecommuters working from home. They can take calls that come in on your main number(s), transfer calls to each other, work in departmental teams to share calls, and get all the other advantages of Virtual PBX. There is no additional charge for using a toll-free number for your business, and the service can be configured for any size company.

which plan to choose

The specific plan you select will depend mainly on the number of minutes you need. Choose a larger plan for more free minutes. You will be charged a “per-minute” fee for the minutes you use above the plan’s free minutes. For unlimited free minutes you may want to switch to our VoIP service and the iVPBX plan.
